Rare Naari currently provides standard shipping across serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 7–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote locations or due to courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
* Orders below ₹1,499: ₹49 shipping charge
* Orders of ₹1,499 or above: Free shipping
Shipping eligibility is calculated using the final order value displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, phone number, SMS or WhatsApp, depending on availability.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues and Delays
Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number while ordering. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
If your order is delayed, damaged, incorrect or marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours at rarenaari@gmail.com or +91 97171 29977. Please include your order number and photographs where applicable so we can assist you promptly.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
