1. Size Exchange
* Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
* Products must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
* A ₹99 exchange fee applies, covering return pickup and delivery of the exchanged product.
* The exchanged product will be dispatched only after we receive and inspect the original product.
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, no refund or alternative exchange will be provided solely due to size preference, subject to applicable consumer rights.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Report the issue through the website within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will contact you by email to request photographs and any additional details.
Once approved, we will arrange return pickup at no additional cost. You may choose a replacement, subject to availability, or a refund.
3. Returns and Refunds
For approved returns, the product must be received and inspected by Rare Naari before a refund is initiated. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt, inspection and approval. Bank processing may take additional time.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for products that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing original tags or packaging, or requests submitted after the applicable timeframe. Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings are also excluded. These restrictions do not override applicable consumer rights.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, subject to any cancellation rights required under applicable law.
6. Request and Communication Process
All exchange and return requests must be submitted through the relevant option on our website. Rare Naari will receive an email notification and contact you by email for photographs, additional details, approval and pickup arrangements.
All communication regarding exchange, return and refund requests will be handled exclusively through email.
